Role Overview
We’re seeking a Paid UGC Strategist who will be responsible for scripting, sourcing, and managing UGC content while optimizing ad performance. This role requires a mix of creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with UGC creators, video editors, and marketing teams to develop and refine high-performing ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging UGC scripts that align with our brand voice and drive conversions.
- Source, manage, and coordinate UGC actors and creators for video shoots.
- Work closely with video editors to ensure post-production videos are optimized for engagement and performance.
- Source static ads that complement our video content and enhance campaign performance.
- Analyze winning ads to identify key elements of success and create high-performing variations.
- Optimize content for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts) based on trends and performance data.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years of experience in paid UGC strategy, performance marketing, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of consumer psychology and sales.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and UGC ad trends.
- Experience in scripting and structuring high-performing short-form video ads.
- Proven ability to source and manage UGC creators.
- Ability to analyze ad performance metrics and iterate based on insights.
