The Role

We're looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to lead our paid performance advertising efforts and drive our next phase of growth. You'll own the creative strategy that fuels our user acquisition, combining deep analytical rigor with creative intuition to scale our consumer subscription product globally.

This is a high-impact role where you'll bridge data, creative execution, and team leadership to build a world-class paid acquisition engine. You'll work directly with the founder & CEO to drive growth, have full autonomy, and make real impact in the trajectory of the company's future.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the overarching creative strategy for Meta ads that drives profitable user acquisition and scales our subscription business
• Build frameworks for creative testing, learning agendas, and systematic iteration based on performance data
• Identify emerging opportunities in ad formats, messaging angles, and audience segments across international markets

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze creative performance data to identify winning patterns, diagnose underperformance, and inform testing roadmaps
• Determine which creative concepts to test, scale, or kill based on statistical significance and business impact
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that make creative performance transparent and actionable
• Partner with growth and product teams to connect creative insights with broader funnel optimization
