Job Description
The Chief Operating Officer will be a key member of our executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. The COO will manage our day-to-day operations, manage the key leadership team, explore and execute growth opportunities in support of our company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage operational plans in line with the company's strategic goals.
- Oversee the company's operational processes, ensuring a seamless integration of new and existing systems to improve information flow.
- Lead and scale the company’s operations including Customer Service, marketing, finance, and more.
- Manage company resources and budget effectively to capture maximum efficiency.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence, including seeking out partnerships and business opportunities that align with the company's growth trajectory.
- Foster a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging environment while keeping employee welfare at the forefront of all operational strategies.
- Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the CEO informed of all critical issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a COO or relevant role, preferably within a fast-growing tech startup.
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
- Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, and presentation skills.
- Strong public speaking ability.
